David Morgan Named as TEAM's New President

 On October 3, TEAM's Board of Directors announced that David Morgan would be promoted as the successor to Richard Knoll as President and CEO of TEAM. Also announced was the promotion of Diane Stroman to Executive Vice President. Mr. Morgan and Ms. Stroman previously held positions as Vice Presidents, managing the education, family support, and development activities at the agency.

 
David has worked at TEAM for nine years and currently serves two current legislative and executive appointments for the State of Connecticut. He has a Masters degree from UCONN and has completed his sixth year certification. He is a nationally certified ROMA trainer as well as a reviewer for the Northeast Institute for Quality Community Action. He has served as Chair/President of the Connecticut Head Start Association for the last 4 years, and is well known in education circles in the State and region. He currently resides in Litchfield with his wife,  Kristy, and their three children.
 
Diane's promotion includes ongoing relationships with community partners and major donors and funders, and she will monitor the alignment of TEAM's strategic objectives, agency mission, and community needs.  Congratulations to David and Diane on their new positions!
